TRAVEL TRAVEL FROM TORONTO PEARSON AIRPORT (YYZ) TO WATERLOO, ONTARIO Waterloo is located approximately one hour by car from Toronto Pearson Airport. BY AIRWAYS TRANSIT (Seats up to 8 passengers) Reserve door-to-door service on their website. The cost ranges from $185 to $215 CAD dependant on number of passengers. BY LIMOUSINE (Seats up to 12 passengers) Reserve a limousine for added comfort by reserving online or calling them at 1-519-886-8090. BY RAIL UP Express is a direct journey from Toronto International Airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto. Once at Union station, transfer to the Via Rail train or a Go Train.

GETTING AROUND WATERLOO SHUTTLES FROM HOTELS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO Shuttles will run regularly between hotels and the University of Waterloo for conference attendees. Check back closer to the conference for confirmed shuttle frequency and schedules. CAR Waterloo Region is easy to access by vehicle. Vehicle rentals are available through most major rental agencies. Service from hotels in St Jacob’s (all primary hotel options listed) to University of Waterloo: These will be fixed rate of $17.00 each way for up to 4 passengers. BUS Grand River Transit (GRT) is the public transit operator for the Region of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. It operates daily bus services across Waterloo and the University of Waterloo campus. ION LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT ION is Waterloo Region’s light rail transit (LRT) system. It runs between Kitchener’s Fairview Park Mall and Waterloo’s Conestoga Mall, with stops at the University of Waterloo campus. ION trains connect passengers to the existing bus system (Grand River Transit), making it easy to travel across the region. Use the trip planner for information about routes and schedules.
