Fees

WACE 2023 will be in held in-person in Waterloo, Canada. All conference fees will be charged in Canadian dollars. If you are unable to complete a payment at the time of registration with our online payment system, please contact Calandra Muller at info@wace.org.

Making Payment

As part of the registration process, you will receive an invoice with any applicable taxes that must be paid within 15 minutes of registration.

Gala Reception

All full conference attendee types include the Gala.

Please note if you have purchased a Single Day Pass, the Gala is not included unless otherwise indicated, such as the Single Day - Day 2 (Includes Gala) attendance type.

Any full conference participant that wants to bring a guest to the Gala could buy a ticket. Guest tickets to the Gala can be purchased here.

Air Canada Discount

Attendees of the 2023 WACE World Conference are eligible for a 10% discount on Air Canada flights into Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Receive the promo code when you register for the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All conference fees may be refunded until Friday, June 23, 2023.

A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged for all in-person registration cancellations to cover administrative costs.
