TRAVEL VISA INFORMATION

The United States government may require the delegates attending the World Conference to obtain a B-1 visa (educational conferences are considered business activities under the visa guidelines) or register for travel depending if your country of origin is part of the Visa Waiver Program. The information and links in this section contain the most recent information concerning this process.

Please note that you may be required to secure a Letter of Invitation as part of the documentation. You can request this letter from the WACE Office by emailing wace@uml.edu with a subject heading of World Conference Letter of Invitation. The World Conference Planning Committee urges you to apply as soon as possible for a visa or travel registration to avoid any last-minute delays in your attendance at the World Conference.
