Recruiting Early Talent through University Partnerships
 
In an increasingly competitive landscape for recruiting talented employees, organizations are developing new strategies for engaging the millennial and Gen Z populations. SAP’s Early Talent strategy focuses on the development of world-wide university partnerships. The company’s innovative approach to recruiting early talent focuses on adapting to the varying models of work-integrated learning employed by universities across the globe.

June Huynh, Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program Lead for SAP America will share how the organization has expanded university engagement to improve the recruitment and retention of Early Talent. Through SAP’s global rotational program, students can complement their university studies with real-world experience. Students from Drexel University and Temple University will discuss how their experiences in the STAR program have helped shape their career development.
