 General Description of Institution
Founded in 1904, Wentworth Institute of Technology is an independent, co- educational, nationally ranked university offering career-focused education. Students work collaboratively and creatively on hands-on activities both in and out of the classroom in disciplines including engineering, design, architecture, and construction management.
Wentworth also offers master’s degrees in architecture, applied computer science, civil engineering, construction management, facility management, project management, and technology management.

General Description of Program
Cooperative learning is a hallmark of a Wentworth education. For 44 years, Wentworth’s co-op program has provided opportunities for students to gain valuable work experience, network with industry contacts, and prepare for the transition to a career. Through co-ops, students can test their career choices, and employers are provided the opportunity to play a crucial role in educating the next workforce while identifying talented professionals to join their teams.
