  He is a CTO of MAD virtual reality studio, the owner of Araya game which is famous and has good sales in many countries. While studying, he went to cooperative education program at Sinoze Game Studio Company. He learned how to manage game companies and about the management of personnel development. Having worked closely with those who had much work experience, he inspired to create such successful games company as Sinoze. Although the operation was completed, he still contacted the company for many consultations. Currently, he brings knowledge that he learned from the Sinoze Company to adapt and to refine it at MAD virtual reality studio. He aims to lead the company to become a leader game company in the future.   Kevin T. Stickles, Senior VP of Human Resources at Wegmans Food Markets, oversees recruitment and staffing, training and development, compliance, and organizational design functions as well as growth and expansion into new markets. Kevin also leads efforts supporting the Hillside Work Scholarship program, Management Intern program, talent and succession planning. Kevin graduated from Monroe Community College with an A.A.S in Business Administration, a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego and his MBA from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. Kevin actively serves on Monroe Community College (MCC) Board of Trustees, MCC Foundation Board of Directors, MCC Grants Committee, Nazareth HR Advisory Council and Ibero Advisory Board. On several occasions, Kevin has come to SUNY Oswego to meet with students, faculty, staff and alumni as well as participate in career development events. Wegmans Food Markets has had many students participate in co-ops and internships which have led to permanent professional positions upon graduation.   Zen is a Senior eHealth Management Consultant with over 16 years of specialized national and international experience rooted in leadership, management, and business development. A serious advocate of the co-op model, he considers his co-op experience one of the main reasons for his early successes. Zen has hired and enabled the hiring of many co-op students across Canada. He continues to push for more co-op engagements as he sees this experience as a pivotal factor in the exchange and dissemination of knowledge through active promotion of education, collaboration, and communication across professional and geographical boundaries.   Tom Trytek is a founding principal of TDK Engineering and the company’s Vice President and Secretary. With a career expanding over 26 years, Tom’s areas of expertise include mechanical engineering design, conducting forensic evaluations related to structural, marine, building systems, foundations, recreation facilities, site drainage/potable water and wastewater treatment and handling system failures for various public and nationally recognized insurance and claim assessment agencies. Additionally, Tom is also a founding partner and Vice President of Aquarii, Inc., an LED lighting company that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes LED lights throughout the United States and Canada.   Dr Andrew Walker, the current Australian Entrepreneur of the Year, is co-founder and Executive Chairman of Aspen Medical. Aspen provides healthcare solutions for governments and large organisations. Today, Aspen Medical is a highly successful, multi-award winning, company employing more than 2,000 staff across the world. It provides on-base healthcare to all of Australia’s 52 Defence sites, is the largest supplier of Indigenous healthcare to the Australian Government, and the first private company to provide ambulance services to an entire country as in the UAE. Aspen provided the medical response to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa on behalf of the Australian, US and UK governments.   According to Ms. Welson-Rossman, participating in co-op was one of the best decisions she ever made. Her co-ops took place at Nan Duskin, Philadelphia’s original high-end boutique, and department store Strawbridge & Clothier, where she also worked after graduating. Despite her career taking a different path, the early lessons about work learned on co-op have stayed with her throughout her career. Ms. Welson-Rossman is now the Chief Marketing Officer of Chariot Solutions, a top IT consulting firm in the Greater Philadelphia region. Active in the IT community, she founded and serves as a trustee for TechGirlz.org, dedicated to helping middle school girls embrace the power of technology. She is also a founding board member of Philly Startup Leaders.
